Serge Betsen Academy (SBA) is an organisation created by Serge Betsen in 2004. For 17 years, SBA has helped more than 7,000 disadvantaged children mostly in Cameroon but also in Mali since 2020. They use rugby to support their development and to offer a route to education and healthcare. In October 2020, a SBA branch has been opened in Bamako, Mali focusing on empowering girls.
