  • JJIF recognizes the fact that sport can significantly impact individuals, communities and societies through the transformation of lives. In our sport alone, we see various projects and initiatives that have demonstrated that, and we as JJIF would like to give recognition to them and build a community within the JJIF family working towards shared developmental objectives.

Meggie: Fighting child sexual violence through sports

Meggie: Fighting child sexual violence through sports

The child survivors of sexual violence started in 2016 and now they are the ones teaching other children. They are empowered not just to teach but to speak against the issue and move others to act on it.

  • I am a jiujitsu athlete and the sport has significantly impacted my life. I wish to impact others by using it as a platform to raise awareness against child sexual violence and a tool to aid in the restoration of victims to survivors to advocates. #Whitecard #fighttoprotect #JJIF
