INTERNATIONAL DAY OF SPORT FOR DEVELOPMENT AND PEACE
Karate as an instrument for the all-round development of each person

Karate as an instrument for the all-round development of each person

My goal is to promote karate among children and adults regardless of their age, social status, physical abilities and place of residence with #Whitecard.

It is important to find a sport that will help you get distracted from everyday life, balance your resources, maintain your health, strength of mind and body in good shape. And it is possible for everyone!

Sport to include all

Sport to include all

I always believed in the values of sport. For me it is more than professionalism, fame, and what you can see on all devices nowadays. The sport has a deep soul that comes from Olympism. Values such as respect, inclusion, hard work, teamwork, and much more. Things you can learn by playing sports. Mind and body are always on the same level. Mens sana in corpore sano.
I decided that I want to dedicate my life to sporting events and I am trying to create a project related to sport and social inclusion. On my website, I try to express what I can do and what I want to do in my life.
https://www.sport4socialdev.com
Helping other people through sport is my main goal.
I started to focus on the social inclusion of people with disabilities. I just focused more on that because I have a friend in Italy who had to cut his leg and life became more difficult for him. I totally felt his pain and his problems. So I started thinking about what we can do for people who have problems, any type of problem, mental or physical. They are basically excluded from society, especially in small towns or villages. They have no chance of having a decent lifestyle.
That is why I thought that it is possible to have some projects, related to sports, based on the social inclusion of these people. Thanks to these projects there will also be the possibility of creating different events, raising money for them, and building some facilities or structures that help them in the future.
A big blank page should be written in the future, for a brighter future!
